Callum Osborne, TraderLife’s in-house personal trainer, is back with another Trader Workout Challenge, this time testing your ability to plank.
As with his first Trader Workout (watch it here), no equipment is needed and this can even be done in the office, if you really can't get away from your desk (or just want to throw a challenge down to your fellow traders).
For those who've not encountered our Trader Workouts before, have a read of our intro article which outlines what we're looking to achieve with these workouts (basically to get traders and other traditionally desk-bound workers moving around for a few minutes).
The latest workout is named the Office Plank Challenge, and all the details are below and in the video. Good luck!
Workout: Office Plank Challenge
Exercises (All in one block - no dropping!):
- Low plank: opposite knee tap
- High plank: front reach
- Low plank: jacks
- High plank: wide knee
- Low plank: hip taps
As many times as possible
Beginners: 30 seconds per plank
Intermediate: 44 seconds per plank
Advanced: 1 min per plank
